Overview

The Heckler and Koch G36 is a great master piece 5.56×45mm assault rifle designed in the early 1990s by Heckler & Koch as a replacement for the 7.62×51mm G3 rifle.

The Heckler and Koch G36 has been a very active and favorable rifle for the military and police units in several countries including; United Kingdom, Germany and Spain. The G36 is a gas Operated and feeds from a 30-round detachable box-magazine or 1000-round C-Mag drum magazine.
Optional accessories, including laser aimers and weapon lights can be mounted on MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails that attach to hard points (at the 3, 6, 9 o’clock positions) on the weapon’s free-floating handguard. Optical sights can be easily installed on the MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail on the top of the receiver. Several accessory buttstocks are also available, including stocks adjustable for length-of-pull and cheekpiece height.
